Makan siang cukup delivery Pizza Hut & malemnya beli sate lewat aja. Pokoknya bener" di depan TV & dicemberutin serumah. Hihi..

Ga sabar pengen nonton Season 3. Ga mau download, ga mau beli DVD. Harus nonton di TV seminggu sekali. Jadi seru =D

SATURDAY COOKING +1

Ternyata ada yang protes, tunjuk" ke monitor & minta besok ditambah harus dibikinin brownies. Halah..

Peanut Butter Layered Brownies
4 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla, divided
1 cup flour
1 cup creamy peanut butter (at room temperature)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; grease foil. Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add granulated sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs and 1 tsp. of the vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Spread into prepared pan.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool in pan on wire rack.

BEAT peanut butter, powdered sugar and remaining 1 tsp. vanilla until well blended. Spread over brownie. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Drizzle chocolate from spoon over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is firm. Remove brownie from pan, using foil handles. Cut into 36 brownies to serve.

SATURDAY COOKING

Besok mau masak ah. Liat" di KRAFT, pilih", akhirnya decided mau masak ini aja.

Green Beans and Tomatoes Italian
3 cups hot cooked green beans (1 lb.)
2 plum tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup KRAFT Light House Italian Dressing

TOSS all ingredients in large bowl.

Easy Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
8 oz. (1/2 of 1-lb. pkg.) fettuccine or spaghetti, uncooked
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1-2/3 cups milk
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves

COOK pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 min. of the pasta cooking time. Drain pasta mixture.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in milk, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and basil. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until sauce is well blended and heated through.

ADD chicken mixture to pasta mixture; mix lightly.

Easy Baked Parmesan Meatballs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
1 clove garlic, minced

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix meat, cheese, parsley, egg and garlic. Shape into 12 meatballs.

PLACE in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

BAKE 25 min. or until cooked through.

That was when I started buying necessary make up thingies such as eye shadows & blushes, even collecting the brushes. Sampe" dulu sering banget diketawain kakak gw yang emang jago dandan & girly abis. Sekarang? Jagoan gw kayaknya, hihi. Ga juga sih, but for some reasons gaya dandannya beda aja. She's way too girly for me =P

SHE GROWS LIKE A BUTTERFLY

Ga kerasa ya, si Cacha udah 3 taun sekarang. Udah mulai nyebelin *sigh* karena cereweeet bgt & ga bisa diem! Duh, rasanya pengen balik ke masa dia baru 3 bulan sampe setaunan. Perasaan dulu anteng bgt deh. Pernah waktu umur 9 bulan gw ajak shopping di PS & dia tidur most of the time we were there!! Shopping di sini means gw bener" shopping ya.. Lha wong dari jam 2 siang sampe jam setengah 10 malem =D

Sekarang udah bener" kayak ulet kecil yg selalu nguget" ga tentu arah. Udah bisa bilang "Hello Mama, my name is Shamira! Thank you" dengan nada girang. Udah ga bisa liat gw di depan kompie/notebook, karena manjat gw & ikutan juga. Udah bisa minta dibeliin kura" & boneka bibi (barbie maksudnya). Malah udah bisa ngerampok gw beli boneka bibi 2 biji kalo jalan" =D

Kadang gw suka bingung deh. Perasaan gw tomboy berat deh, lha ini kok si Cacha doyannya princess" gitu ya? Maunya baju" pinky & cinderella style. Beda banget deh sama gw yg senengnya pake celana pendek. Dari bayi kalo rewel tinggal sodorin make-up pouch gw aja, pasti langsung anteng & mingkem. Malah gw perhatiin dia bisa makein lipstick ke bibir & pensil alis ke alis lho! Walopun dia ga bisa bukanya, tapi dia tau lipstick dipake dimana. Ajaib kan? Cacha paling seneng mainin kuas" gw, waktu masih bayi malah suka dimasukin mulut tuh. Dan mulai umur 2 taun, dia sukaa sekali pake wangi". Makanya gw menjauhkan segala macem body splash & perfume dari jangkauannya. Secara dia pernah ngabisin perfume gw yg Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Nil!

Tapi ya.. Galaknya sama kayak gw. Hihi.. Asli galak pol deh. Apalagi kalo menyangkut makanan, walah.. Pernah gw lagi gendong dia & dia-nya lagi megang rice crackers di kedua tangan. Nah, gw gigit dong rice crackers yang deket sama mulut gw. Book, jejeritan ga keruan! Ya ampun 'Nak, Mama kan cuma gigit dikit ajaaa..

Susah emang membedakan antara apa yg gw butuh & apa yg gw mau. Akhir" ini malah makin rancu, semenjak rumah baru & gw harus mengisinya!! Duh, kayaknya ga abis" rumah ini perlu pernak pernik. Sementara gw juga ga abis"nya pengen baju-tas-sepatu & make up. Supaya gw ga makin rancu, kayaknya gw breakdown aja apa" yg gw butuh, gw pengen & harus gw kerjakan urusan rumah. Soalnya kalo urusan baju-tas-sepatu & make up ga bisa dibreakdown, tergantung mood ya neik :D
